The Mystic Archives of Dantalian #1 Turn-up Book
This is a Japanese Anime found online. You have to wait through commercials, but it's awesome and totally worth the effort. At 4:45 minutes, the character enters a dark room, pulls out his IMCO Lighter, lights it and pulls out the fuel canister to use it like a candle. Perfect!
