Payment:Paypal payments are preferred. Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks accepted. Personal checks not preferred, but accepted - product will be held from shipping until cleared.
Shipping: I try my very best to ship the same day or the next day after payment. If this is not possible, I will contact you.
Shipping Discounts: Buyers may request shipping discounts if paying shipping charges. Free shipping purchases exempt from shipping discounts.
Insurance: Domestic orders, please use insurance when possible, since Thunderhawk Collectables will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items from shipping. International insurance usually not available because of the much higher shipping rates. Please contact me with questions.
International and/or Large packages: International packages and items over five pounds or 12 inches in length are only shipped on Fridays and Saturdays.
