Payment:Paypal Checkout payments are preferred since they can be shipped immediately. Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks accepted and orders will be shipped upon receipt. Personal checks accepted, but product will be held from shipping for three weeks after receipt of check. (If proof of clearance provided by purchaser, orders will be shipped promptly).
Shipping: A sincere effort is made to ship the same day or the next day after payment. You will receive an email if it will take more than 72 hours to ship. We offer FREE shipping worldwide on wicks.

IMCO Wicks Please let me know if you have any problems with your wicks. I am happy to send samples for FREE before ordering larger quantities.
IMCO Lighters Please see the Maintenance section for tips on how to keep your IMCO working properly. There is no longer offer a warranty for defective IMCO Lighters through Thunderhawk Collectables. This is due to the fact that IMCO of Austria is now closed for business.
