Payment & Shipping Policies
Payment:Google Checkout payments are preferred since they can be shipped immediately. Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks accepted and orders will be shipped upon reciept. Personal checks accepted, but product will be held from shipping for three weeks after receipt of check. (If proof of clearance provided by purchaser, orders will be shipped promptly).
Shipping: A sincere effort is made to ship the same day or the next day after payment. You will receive an email if it will take more than 72 hours to ship. Lighters, bells and jewelry offer FREE shipping. International shipping not offered for Native American items. International shipping for other items only by quote or encouraged to purchase at Thunderhawk Collectables Amazon Store.

Insurance: Domestic orders over $50 may recieve insurance upon request, since Thunderhawk Collectables will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items from shipping. Please contact me with questions.
International and/or Large packages: Shipping for and items over five pounds or 12 inches in length are shipped by quote only and may be delayed for up to five days. Lighters and bells being shipped outside the US can visit International Shipping Options page or shop at Thunderhawk Collectables Amazon Store.
Returns and Exchanges:
IMCO Lighters and all bells have 30 days from receipt of your product to return it to us for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable. Lighters purchased from other dealers are not accepted for exchange.
Native American items have a 7 day return policy and must be returned to the warehouse. Shipping cost to return and exchange are the buyer's responsibility.
Family Jewelry items are not returnable. These items are custom made to order and can not be returned.
Privacy Policies: Thunderhawk Collectables does not collect or share personal or financial information. It does not sell client lists or use spam email marketing techniques. Thunderhawk Collectables uses third party checkout systems and has no access to client or customer financial data.
