Return Policy:
We offer merchandise returns for items returned to us within 14 days. The refund is only for the purchase price, not shipping charges.
If your IMCO lighter is not functioning properly within the 10 year guarantee, and before returning your lighter to Thunderhawk Collectables, please click and read the following link MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS We will test returned lighters for operation and if they are working properly, they will be returned to the customer!
If an IMCO lighter is not functioning due to a manufacturers defect within the 10 year guaranty, please return them via USPS and a replacement will be shipped back. A shipping credit will be issued. If the lighter being replaced is no longer available (collector's series), other arrangements will have to be made.
Shipping Policy:
Retail orders are shipped FREE within the continental United States by USPS, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground! The shipping company is determined by the product and the manufacturer.
International orders of IMCO Lighters has a shipping charge of only $2.00 by USPS!
International orders of all other product require shipping quote and payment before the order is processed.
Wholesale orders within the continental United States are shipped FREE by USPS.
Wholesale orders can be shipped FEDEX Air for items needed immediately at additional charge - please contact us for a quote. Insurance is recommended FEDEX Ground. No insurance is available for FEDEX Air (please read our return policies).
USPS and FEDEX Ground shipments may take up to 10 days.

Express Saver (3 Day), 2nd Day (2 Days)Overnight (next day - where available), Overnight Priority (next morning, where available)
If the purchaser has a FEDEX account, they may provide it so that Thunderhawk Collectables does not bill for shipping charges.
We do not ship Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Delivery of your order is subject to the availablility of the products you have ordered. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
